"Equity in Entertainment"

In October, I moderated a panel with the Producers Guild of America on "Equity in Our Industry" with a focus on Casting.

Although just one piece of the puzzle, representation on screen goes a long way in shaping how the viewing audience sees themselves and how they see each other.
